Frequently Asked Questions

How is my dog/cat exercised during their stay?
Exercise is an important part of all boarders’ daily routine.

Cats have access via cat flaps to individual outside runs where they can survey the world. Whilst they can see their neighbours, they are separated by ‘sneeze barriers’ to help protect them from airbourne viruses.

Dogs have their own individual runs attached to their kennels. They are also exercised in grass paddocks.

Do you provide a grooming service?
Yes. A full grooming service for both dogs and cats is provided on site at The Grooming Parlour for both boarders and non-boarders. More details can be viewed here or call 023 92 592765 for details of services provided and prices.

Can I bring my Dog/Cat's bed for their stay?
We supply all beds and bedding during your pet’s stay, but do allow you to bring your own bedding to help your pet settle in. Your pet’s bedding will be returned to you on collection, but accidents do happen so we cannot accpet responsibility for any oloss or damage. Please ensure all items brought in are clearly labelled.

Does my Dog/Cat need to be vaccinated?
All dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated prior to their stay. A current vaccination certificate must be produced on arrival. Dog vaccinations should include kennel cough, which should be done at least 10 days prior to boarding.

The risk to health where pets congregate is high – the local park, dog training courses, and of course a kennel stay. This risk is greatly reduced by vaccination. If you neglect this procedure, then you are failing to take steps to protect your pet.

Can I view the kennels and cattery before I make a booking?
Yes. However, viewings are limited to between 11am and 12pm from Monday to Saturday so to disturb boarders as little as possible. If you wish to view outside of these times please call us on 023 92 592765.

How can I pay?
We accept payment by cash, Visa or Mastercard.
