In line with government guidelines, we continue to remain open where possible, but please follow our Facebook page for more up-to-the-minute details. If we are forced to close to due to any future local or national lockdowns, we will be available if you have an emergency and require our boarding services. If this is the case please contact us on 023 92 592765 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help.
The COVID-19 Coronavirus continues to spread throughout the UK and affect all of our lives on many levels. During these unprecedented times, we would like to reassure all of our customers of the contingencies we have put in place to help protect both visitors and our staff from the risk of contracting COVID-19.
Due to the nature of our business, and the importance of hygiene to protect your pets whilst they stay with us, hand sanitisers have always been present across our premises for staff to regularly disinfect their hands whilst working and to encourage consistently strong hygiene regimes. We would ask all visitors to follow government and NHS advice regarding hand washing and hygiene prior to your visit in an effort to reduce the risk to other customers and our staff.
Our staff have all been issued with clear guidance on how to assess and minimise the risk posed by Coronavirus. We have robust contingencies in place to ensure any impact of Coronavirus is minimised on site and that the care of animals boarded with us continues unhindered and with no impact on the quality of care.
As we continue to receive regular government updates regarding the Coronavirus status, we will be working to ensure you are informed of any changes within our business. Until then, we will endeavour to provide our usual high level of service and care.
We wish everyone the best during these unprecedented times, and remember to follow government advice which can be found here – https://www.gov.uk/government/topical-events/coronavirus-covid-19-uk-government-response
